Shipping & Delivery

Processing

Orders are processed within [2–3] business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We are a small label. Every order is packed with care. Please allow for this.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard shipping is available Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
International Shipping
  • Order Tracking
    All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email once dispatched. Track at auspost.com.au/track.

  • Missing or Delayed Parcels
    If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at someone@rarkaza.com with your order number and we'll investigate with Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Approach

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within [14] days of receiving your order at someone@rarkaza.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the fault

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation. Return shipping for faulty items is covered by us.
Change of Mind

We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within [14] days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale items [if applicable]
  • Items returned outside the stated timeframe
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email someone@rarkaza.com with your order number and reason.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.
