Rarkaza is a Melbourne based fashion label creating bold, expressive pieces designed as modern relics. Drawing inspiration from gaming worlds, mythology, and storytelling, each collection forms part of a larger universe.

The name itself pays homage to our founder’s brother and his gaming identity, a name shaped by years spent immersed in the worlds, stories, and mythology that inspired him.

Every Rarkaza piece is designed in Melbourne, Australia.

Rarkaza garments are designed with sculptural silhouettes and considered proportions, with fit and shape varying from piece to piece.

Our sizing is considered standard. If you're unsure which size to choose, feel free to email us or send us a DM on Instagram.

If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Care instructions can be found under Fabric & Care on each product page. Following these recommendations will help preserve the texture, shape, and finish of your garment.

We currently ship both within Australia and internationally.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–8 business days after dispatch, while Express shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

We are a small label. Every order is packed with care. Please allow for processing prior to dispatch.

International orders are shipped via DHL or Australia Post International. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. Rarkaza has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure.

Yes! If you need a different size, we can arrange an exchange (subject to availability). If you'd prefer, you can return the item for store credit instead.

We do not offer refunds.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, see below.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, returned in their original condition, and include all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery.

Once assessed and confirmed as faulty, we will provide either a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit for the value of the item.
