2. Orders & Payment

Placing an order By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.

Payment

We accept [Visa / Mastercard / PayPal / Shop Pay - confirm what's enabled in Shopify Payments]. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, items out of stock).

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout at time of purchase is the price you pay.

The name "Rarkaza", chapter names, and associated lore are proprietary to Rarkaza.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Sizing is approximate - refer to our size guide.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rarkaza is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of this site or any products purchased

• Loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our control (including delays by Australia Post)

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
